These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xx87 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). xx87 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. Use of the xx87 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. xx87 will verify eligibility during the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

To use xx87, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum — xx87 does not permit account registration or gameplay by anyone under 21, regardless of any other circumstances.
  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid mobile number.
  • Hold only one registered xx87 account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
  • Not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of any employee of xx87 or its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
  • Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

xx87 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts and withhold funds where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Decisions regarding eligibility are made at xx87's sole discretion and are final.

To access wagering products on xx87, you must complete the registration process and have your account verified. Registration is free of charge. xx87 uses a mobile-number-based registration system tailored for Bangladesh users, and all accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

Your account responsibilities include:

  • Keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your password with any third party, including family members.
  • Notifying xx87 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • Ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and current. You must update your details promptly if any information changes.
  • Accepting full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting xx87 support via the email address listed on this site. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. xx87 reserves the right to impose a cooling-off period before processing voluntary account closures where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

xx87 may suspend or close any account without prior notice where it has reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

xx87 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment accounts (i.e., accounts registered to a name other than the xx87 account holder). All payment methods must belong to and be operated by the registered account holder.

Deposit conditions:

  • Minimum single deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by xx87 as standard, though individual payment processors may impose their own transaction caps.
  • Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
  • xx87 does not charge a deposit fee on standard bKash or Nagad transactions. Third-party processing fees, if any, are outside xx87's control.
  • Deposits made for the sole purpose of obtaining a bonus without genuine play intent may be deemed as bonus abuse and subject to account action.

Withdrawal conditions:

  • Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with xx87 support.
  • All withdrawals require KYC verification to be complete. Accounts with incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
  • Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
  • xx87 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
Currency note: All balances, bets, bonuses and winnings displayed on xx87 are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka. xx87 does not hold funds in any foreign currency on behalf of players.

xx87 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out below. xx87 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

General bonus conditions:

  • Each bonus offer is available once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
  • Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the specific promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each offer's terms page within the Platform.
  • Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash directly and may only be used for gameplay on the Platform.
  • xx87 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount — along with any winnings derived from that bonus — if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent play.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same conditions as bonus funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Winnings from free spins are added to the bonus balance and subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx87 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account, whether under your own details or those of another individual.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
  • Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud the Platform or circumvent its risk management systems.
  • Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay, or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
  • Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
  • Allowing a third party to access or operate your xx87 account, including permitting another individual to deposit, wager, or withdraw on your behalf without xx87's prior written consent.

xx87 employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate unusual account activity at any time. Players found to be in violation of this section will have all balances forfeited and their personal details may be shared with relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx87 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including:

  • Financial losses resulting from wagering, including losses from bets placed during platform outages, delayed odds updates, or technical errors that were not caused by proven gross negligence on xx87's part.
  • Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its features, whether planned or unplanned, including outages caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, payment processors or government actions.
  • Any loss of data, including account history, betting records, or personal information, resulting from circumstances outside xx87's reasonable control.
  • Consequential, indirect or special losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even where xx87 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits xx87's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other circumstances, xx87's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xx87 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. xx87 uses SSL encryption across the Platform to protect data in transit, and applies industry-standard security practices to safeguard stored data.

xx87 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations. xx87 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal processing times, or eligibility criteria — xx87 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which xx87 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with xx87 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of being raised, xx87 reserves the right to refer the matter to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
